Just wanted to give this particular CD special mention -- it is indeed now out-of-print.

Their last 2 remaining copies are here:

The good news is, I've had a Hawai`i distributor contact
Northwest Folklife in hopes of convincing them to run at
least one more "press" of this ki ho`alu treasure. Think
good thoughts and let's hope a re-release will be
forthcoming!
