Aloha kakou,

I'll be heading off to Chicago area for family holiday time. Usually I come back 10 lbs heavier!!

Anyway - my heartfelt wishes to all of you for the best holidays, and the year to come.

I've learned a lot and had many good moments in the past year - it's amazing how a comment or two can come at just the right time to offer support and encouragement, often even unbeknown to the sender.

May the music fill your hearts and may you always be able to fill your music with soul.

PS - and a very special word of thanks to Andy for keeping this wonderful site alive and well.

I go along with that - especially with the thanks to Andy for running this site. It's nice to have a place like the taropatch to come to where you can find out more about the music, pick up tips and pointers for playing and be part of this little family.

Greetings to you all!

I have a very special prayer for those who have experienced any great loss this year. Holidays are such painful reminders of times when all was good and our cups were brimming over. For those of you who are keenly missing family members and other loved ones who have passed on, remember the wonderful times. Hang on to every memory. Make those memories the ornaments on your tree of life, and make their laughter the glittering lights in your window. And then make the resolution to love every person in your life just a little more. My wishes for a holiday full of love and a New Year full of great adventures. Aloha, Julie
