For a great time in Honolulu I heartily recommend Kapono's at the Aloha Tower on a Tuesday night. Ledward Kaapana has a regular gig from 6 to 10, and he has a crowd of regulars in attendance who add a lot of fun to the show. Tonight he had guests, Mike Kaawa from Na Oiwi and a couple of young guys who play at the Marriott. It added an interesting dimension to see Led in a backup role.
