I'd recommend emailing Auntie Maria at mele.com. Despite selling the disk, she'll give you an honest read on its quality. I've asked for her opinion many times on music that I was contemplating buying and she's always provided an opinion (good and bad).
Yes, Hula Jazz is officially out. Just got a note from Owana today saying that it's available at Amazon and Borders. Her website should be updated soon.
