So last summer, several of the higher echelon of ukesters played...
Well I remember "Europa", and a Stevie Wonder classic named??????
Also looking to see if there might be charts or music...
Are they done in the original keys for ukes?

I know there's charts and guitar stuff out there for Santana and also Stevie's tune...

ok, so maybe I'm lookin' for a few shortcuts...but if there was a shortcut from Capt. Cook to Kona, wouldn't you want your friends to tell ya?

I actually like music or chord "fake" charts--especially those that show melody, chord, and form... for uke (or guitar, especially if in the same key.)
--but would also take tab when available.

Also interested in "Body Surfing" and "Glass-Ball Hula" (Chicken in the straw).

This pickin' pattern for "Glass Ball Hula" is a bit illusive for those of us taking our "Baby Steps".

Also, what are the best recordings?

G

re: the Stevie Wonder tune - Herb Ohta Jr. & David Kamakahi do a killer `ukulele duet on "Sir Duke."
