Aloha -
I'll be taking my annual trek south in a couple of weeks. Couple gigs the weekend of September 17 & 18.
Saturday, 9/17 - I'm giving workshops in Slack key, `ukulele & Hawaiian style dulcimer at the Harvest Festival, a dandy little one-day folk fest held on the water in Dana Point. I'm also playing a set in the twilight concert. This is one of my favorite events - so c'mon by.

Sunday, 9/18 - I'll be joining the legendary Uncle Henry Kamae for an early evening concert concert at The Island Bazaar, located at 16582 Gothard Street, Suite R in Huntington Beach, phone number 714-843-9350. Uncle Henry plays `ukulele and sings in the real old style; he's probably taught thousands of kids to play. Yes, he's Eddie Kamae's nephew. Tix are $15.
If anyone in the area wants provate lessons on Sunday, get in touch with me and we'll set it up.
