OK - but what about the podcast site that Andy beeped and put back? Is John playing at the Carlsbad Theater the night before?

No.
That is one of the errors on the web site.
Chunky Monkey was trying to arrange this but had difficulty.
You can ask him for the details.

At least John Keawe doesn't list it on his web site.

Wow!
I just got home from Whittier. Brittni's fingers really fly on that ukulele she plays!! I thought I saw her carry a camera on stage - yup! she took pictures of the audience!! Well, we really appreciated her.
Then John came on after the intermission - I dearly love his musical style, and bringing Hope along to dance for us shows what a genius he is. The were both terrific. They performed many of his works, but he also played Hi'ilawe and Ku'u Home o' Kahalu`u and others that you'll recognize. At the end he brought Brittni back on stage and showcased her work beautifully while they played together. So much aloha - enough to go around and bring home.
And it was good to see Terry and Mary, and Greg and Susan.
Aloha to all -
