Rik,
Have you confirmed with L&Ls in Oceanside that the next Open Mike is the 9th of November. In September she wasn't ready for us and had packed away some of the gear. 
I hope to have my new KoAloha D-VI by then and maybe a new tune or two to play on it. 
Anyone know if Keith is teaching his UCSD Ukulele class on Wednesday Nights

L&L on 11.09.05 is a good date. Bill or Terry will bring their amp, although one is provided.

Nice to know we had a good session at L&L last night. Unfortunately, I had a last minute challenge that didn't allow me to attend, but I heard it was crowded and you all played well.

How about the other Sonny song in the same book. It is a step above, sounds good, but has a similar picking pattern.
