We are comforted by the fact that she has one of the most advanced medical teams in Hawaii and Queens is an excellent facility. The Beamer 'ohana has requested a no visitors policy at Queens, because we want Mom to rest. Please don't send flowers. Mom suggests if you want to send kokua, please make a donation to the Beamer Family Scholarships c/o Kamehameha Schools, 567 South King Street, Suite 200, Honolulu, Hawai'i 96813.
I thought there might be folks here who would want to include her in their thoughts and prayers.

Aloha kakou,
Debbie, I just learned about Auntie's procedure this morning, and have had her in my thoughts ever since. You know how I feel about her. I imagined her smiling face during a hula class tonight and believe me I felt a great strength. I'll continue to keep that smiling face in mind until I see it again.

| Aloha Ray,I had a lot of trouble logging on to Keola's classes. In fact I couldn't. Try keola Donaghy by e-mail. He is KB's web master. Hopefully he can help you. P.S. Send my wishes also ,Mahalo. Doug |
