`Ukulele and ki ho`alu, or Hawaiian slack-key guitar, epitomize the essence of Hawaiian music, especially in the hands of masters Jake Shimabukuro, Gordon Mark, Ozzie Kotani and the Big Island’s legendary Led Kaapana. Well-known for their own distinctive musical styles, the foursome brings their prodigious and versatile talents to the Kahilu’s stage to perform Hawaiian, classical, jazz, pop and other instrumental and vocal arrangements. The concert will be followed by three days of public workshops and evening kanakapilas conducted by these masters. (See more details).
