On his way to teach at Lark Camp, Uncle Kevin will be in the Bay Area for a couple days. He is known and loved by many of us here on TaroPatch. His honest and old style slack key and vocals definitely sweep you back to the islands.

Kevin will also be doing a couple of shows in Mendocino County after Lark Camp. On Friday August 4th Kevin and Mark Nelson will be at Lauren's Cafe in beautiful downtown Boonville. show starts at 9pm, info at 707-962 -0507. On Sunday afternoon August 6th, Kevin and Mark will be on the coast at the Caspar World Folk Festival at the Caspar Community Center.
So nice to have live Hawaiian music so close to home!

| Us guys in Mendocino can't wait, Lark Camp can't come soon enough as far I'm concerned. Sound's like the folk's up here in Mendocino are in for a real treat. Plus da guys at KMUD just announced the entertainment for their Labor Day Luau, Ohana Brown! Whee Ha! |
