Aloha Kakou,
Wanted to be the first to post but last night I couldn't get into taropatch. Anyway, John and Hope Keawe put on a wonderful concert in Grass Valley, with workshops by both beforehand. I did John's slack key. I had not realized that in addition to being a favorite performer, he's also a gifted teacher.
The concert was great, with the bonus of Rich Cook's opening two songs. He did a super job. Also gave me a chance to reunite with fellow Aloha campers Rich, his wife Val and Susie and Keith from San Diego.
