Received this note from Nersa at the Hawai`i Cultural Foundation in NYC.
NATIVE HAWAIIAN SURVEY
Aloha,
If you have not done so already, please take some time to contact your Native Hawaiian relatives and friends living on the mainland and encourage them to participate in the Native Hawaiian Survey. The survey is acollaborative effort of the Kamehameha Schools Alumni Association (KSAA), and Kamehameha Schools Policy Analysis & System Evaluation(PASE) department.
KSAA is compiling a list of names and contact information of Native Hawaiians throughout the continental U.S. willing to be part of this survey. The survey will involve answering questions that cover several topics relevant to Native Hawaiians. The data will be used to assess the needs of Hawaiians living on the mainland. This is the first step of a process to extend Pauahi's vision to all Hawaiians. Participants will also receive a copy of the survey results when completed.
The survey will be conducted by SMS Hawai?i and they can be reached at (808)-537-3356, or visit their website at: http://www.smshawaii.com/. You may also call Kamehameha Schools - Ramona Hao, PASEResearch Specialist, (808) 541-5339 or Kirk Durante, KSAA Representative at (808) 261-5144.
Information may be submitted via the internet at http://www.hawaiiansurvey.org /or http://www.hawaiiansurvey.com/ or by filling out the form below and mailing it to the address on the form.
Mahalo for your time.
