Look at th lava flow picture at this Hawai`i Magazine web site. If you look to the left hand side of the picture, you can see a profile of Pele as an old woman. WOW!

I just took a look at the photo. It was Pele as she appeared as an old woman. She can also appear as a young woman too. Thanks for sharing the photo.

Talking about Pele makes me think of Robi's song "Firelady" from her album "Keiki O Ka 'Aina." I like that song. I especially like when Kekuhi Kanahele chants. She's a good chanter.
