Leilehua Yuen is organizing a festival for Lei Day in Hilo. If you'll be on the Big Island around the 1st of May, check it out. They'll be music with Keoki Kahumoku, talk story, pagentry, demostrations of lei making, and a lei competition.

| I am so excited. Paul & I will be on O`ahu for Lei Day. Hoping to see Bros. Caz at the Shell. Tickets not yet on sale, though. As anal as I am, I get nervous about not being able to have everything planned out ahead of time. Tickets go on sale in a couple of weeks. |

But Nancy, you may be happy to know that I won the Washington State Liar's Contest and placed second in one in Glen Rose, Texas some years back.
