I love this song as done by Hui `Ohana, which is on "Young Hawai`i Plays Old Hawai`i". On that CD, it is titled "Nanakuli". I cannot find it on Auntie Maria's site by anyone else under either name.

I did find it on www.huapala.org titled " O ka leo o ka manu" and here are the lyrics. Does anyone know of any other records of it? Hui `Ohana only does the "`O ka leo O Ka manu" verse and the hui about Nanakuli . I would like to hear it done completely. To me it has powerful mana.

From www.huapala.org :

It goes by the title "Nanakuli" It is often performed as a medley with Waimanalo Blues.

E nana, e ho'olohe. E pa'a ka waha, e hana ka lima.
