Does anybody know the status of the "Ho'olohe hou podcasts that Bill Wynne was doing earlier this year. I stumbled across them surfing the web a few days ago. http://www.hawaiianmusiclives.com/
I really enjoyed the first 9 podcasts, but they stopped suddenly. Great resource for vintage music.

From his blog
quote: No, not really! I am a musician and a music fan - not a web designer or a podcaster. This has been quite a learning experience for me.

When it comes to knowledge of vintage Hawaiian music, Harry B. Soria is the undisputed expert. Third generation broadcaster here in Hawai`i, he's a walking encyclopedia of information about the music and musicians of the islands.
His new website is a real gem: http://www.territorialairwaves.com/ |

I had an email correspondence with Bill recently and he indicated that he had discontinued it for a couple of reasons. |

I am very sorry this Podcast will not longer be available.
If you haven't already, the first 9 shows are still available for download. |
