Everything in moderation. Nottin' wrong wit' spam in moderation. Eat musubi and you balance it out with rice and nori, make it lot more nutritious. I wouldn't eat it every day, though. We did try making our musubi out of Spam lite and I didn't notice any difference at all in taste or salt....(lite version still had plenty salt).
By the way, I did get a musubi mold when we were O`ahu --- just where you guys said --Long's.
We're in Hawai'i now and we've been avoiding McDonalds in favor of local food. But now this thread is making me hungry! I wonder if they have McPoi? Jesse Tinsley
