Yep...won the Winston Cup in 1973, appeared in "Stroker Ace" with Reynolds in 1983. Convoluted and obscure, but I liked yours better (I'm a sucker for a good pun.)

I once listened to a Smokey and the Bandit soundtrack 8 track tape while watching WKRP re-runs on TV. Furthermore, Loni Anderson regularly visits my dreams in slack attire. Therefore, I invented Mel Torme (he once saw a guitar).
