MAHALO TO EVERYONE WHO CAME BY TO GIVE RESPECTS TO MY FATHER WILLIAM KAHELE NAHALEA SR ON THURSDAY AT HAWAII STATE VETERANS CEMETARY KANEOHE.
My Father's Musical Talented was beyond the Ukulele,He Played Guitar, Piano, Drums, and also played music with some of The Best Artist Musicians in Hawaii "Leonard Kwan, Raymond Kane all From Nanakuli Oahu.
On a Personal Note I wanted to Thank "Chicky Mahoe, and Song Writer And Artist/Hawaiian Teacher my Cousin "Kihei Nahale'a" for being there for My Dad Funeral and Burial

Also Many Thanks to Jerry and John Koko of The Makaha Sons And Step Sons to My Father WILLIAM(KAHELE)NAHALEA SR.They Provided Great Hawaiian Music with Louis(Moon)Of The Makaha Sons on that Evening during the Service On Wednesday Night.

Braddah Bill, I'm sorry to hear your sad news. It's fortunate that you got home to see him one last time recently, and saw some re-connecting happening within your family. I know he rallied in the past month or so, too, and got to finish up his days indulging in the Butterfinger candy bars that he had done without for so long.

Bill - you have our deepest sympathies. It is so hard to lose a parent. Pancreatic cancer is a devastating disease. It is good to hear you say that he died peacefully.
You and your family will be in our prayers.

Bill sorry to hear about your dad. Lost my dad when I was 12. Sounds like your dad lived a long and rewarding life. all our aloha!! |

Aloha, reply to this last email, Yes I'am related to Albert Nahale'a also alot of people don't know That my Uncle Albert was also the President and Founder of The Hawaii Broadcast Union during the the time Hawaii was a trust territory in the 40's and 50's
It must be in The Nahalea's Blood line because I'm a Full-time Entertainer Ukulele Artist and Vocalist with my wife Napua we have Rainbow of Hawaii & Halau Hula O Napualani Hawaiian Dance School And I'm also a Television Producer currently Airing and Producing Two Television Shows in Seattle and Hawaii
