Aloha All,

My apologies for hiccups some of you may have experienced. It appears that those that were on the HIX connection in the islands to connect had no problems at all. TimeWarner's circuit for those that connect outside of the HIX/Hawaii loop experienced sync/stuttering problems.

I'll be working with TimeWarner tomorrow to straighten this issue out so that it doesn't occur again.
