Aloha Kakou,
I have been meaning to put together a site on myspace, (I am a bit behind the times eh?) and begin putting some video on youtube. I heard a while back that musicians should approach their site set up differently? I would like to create something easy to maintain. I would appreciate any advice folks might share about preparing content, and general do's and don'ts. I'd like to avoid starting off on the wrong foot. Entries here will be OK, or even better contact me at ray @ raysowders.com
I do appreciate the knowledge base here and I know your suggestions would be helpful. Mahalo nui in advance.

Yeah, I did it a long time ago -- from what I remember, when you start out there is an opportunity to set up a page on MySpace Music instead of the regular MySpace "social" pages -- once you get there it's pretty user friendly -- a nice content management interface to use to upload your mp3s and some options if you want to try to sell downloads.
