Aloha Slackers,
This Thursday 8/7, I'm playing my "Urban Slack" stuff at a wine bar in Benicia, CA called the First Street Cafe, it has a very chill atmosphere.
And if you happen to like the surf videos....
We'll be in Southern California over the weekend.
We're playing at Magic Mountain on Friday 8/8/08 3:PM and 4:PM and on through the evening,
and the Real Surf Shop in Oceanside in the afternoon on Saturday 8/9.
Finally, at the Purple Orchid Tiki Bar in El Segundo at 10:PM in the evening Saturday.
In NorCal we'll (the Surf band) be at the W hotel Silicon Valley on Thursday 8/14. (there is usually free pupu's)
I'd love to see any slacker's (old or new friends)!!!

Hey Keith!
On Saturday in Oceanside we play two sets starting at noon (so probably until 3:PM)
At the Purple Orchid we'll be there until about Midnight.
Love to see you Keith if you can swing by!

i swung by the real surf shop around 1:30 yesterday, and saw some drums, and some construction, but no slack key =(

Sorry I missed you Keith!
We played from about 11:30 to 1:PM and then again from 2:PM to 3:30.
At 1:PM Shawn (Ambriose) sent us for Sushi at the Fish Joint down the street. That place ROCKS!
Then we went surfing until we had to leave for El Segundo. It's not fair to play in front of all those boards and not surf for a little while!
But I am sorry I missed you Keith.... next time.
