Aloha everyone!
If you're in Hawai'i and looking for great, backyard kihoalu kankikapila, then the Marriott Waikiki beach on Sunday's is the place for you. I had the pleasure of jamming with some of Hawaii's premiere musicians, Aaron Mahi on bass, Martin Pahinui on 6-string, George Kuo, slack-key master on double neck guitar, and Kiki Hugo on Martin tenor 'ukulele. I really love the laid back atmosphere with GREAT old fashioned slack-key music, my new favorite place to sit in!

Welcome to the forum. Any plan to return to Uke Expo 2004?
The Marriott Waikiki Beach is a great place. And what a group of guys you sat in with. I hope to catch 'em next month if I can.
