Hi.
I am not sure if Patrick visits here often but in case he does I
been trying to purchase his DVD Tutorial and Tabs for slack key, I visit
the requested web site (from You Tube) and enter all my details, checkout, only to find that the software cant process my payment because
it is unable to calculate the shipping to England, I have emailed the
website on three occasions hoping they could rectify the shipping issue,
and they have not responded, surely these people are able to calculate
shipping costs to countries outside of the USA? or is this tutorial only
available in the USA ?

so if nothing's changed from 2006 or so, (I wish!),
Patrick had a dvd with song lessons, and tab was produced then by Lamb Productions
I believe that's Bruce Lamb, who produced some nice instructional work, as an act of Aloha, passion for slack and music, and trying to break even, or heaven forbid, make a little after all his work.
Also, several enthusiasts here (well are there still some of ya'll out there?)
were, and probably still are taking lessons from Patrick, who was at that time was in the South Bay area...If so, he's a pretty busy and popular teacher.

and dvd has a phone number of 1-800-495-8444 (that might be Bruce), but it's been awhile since I purchased these.
So there may be more up to date info, or even new material.

Thanks to you both for helping to resolve this issue, I did call that
telephone number, but there was no answer at that time, after emailing
I waited a few weeks to see if they had noted what I had said and
rectified the shipping problem, it still existed when I tried re-ordering,the website seems to be fully active with new tutorials
in the offing, maybe Claudia will get a response, I certainly hope so.

| I hope you do manage to sort it out. I stumbled across that website a few days ago and the DVDs there are on my list of stuff to order later this year. I live in Australia, so the international shipping issue applies to me as well. |

Not sure why this is not going smoothly...
I see my link is not worth a hoot. so things do change, or delays come up.
Maybe he's on tour or something??
If it's not totally OOP, he must still be doing some of this., and it must be in his vault of materials if we can find him.
anyway, I'd say don't give up, yet, pretty sure he still teaches in the South Bay area (San Francisco). |
