Just to give you a heads up. Daniel Ho will be
giving workshops and performances ukulele, both days as well as
Hawaiian groups both days. The line up is looking awesome with lots
of new entertainment and events. I am scheduling performers and
workshops this week. ***You will especially want to be there at noon
on Saturday.**** There will be a historic photo taken showing
everyone who is strumming together for the Guiness book of world
records. Cowboy Doug assures me that we will be able to recognize
ourselves on the photo he is taking from high up. Frank has selected
a song " I'd Like to Teach The World To Strum" . It's great and easy
to play. He's posting it on the web site for you. For all who have
put in receipes the Ukulele Festival Cookbook looks awesome. You will
be proud of being in it. We will be serving Ukulele Festival Kababs
at the Festival, yummy.

Sounds like fun for all, JohnF

Honolulu already has had (I've been told) something like 8,000 Uke players together for the Guiness Record.

Are these folks going to be able to surpass that?

If so, Daniels classes might be a bit crowded!

(good luck anyway!)
