Geez, dis is a huge thread. For what it's worth, here is my 2 cents.
First of all, I talk pidgeon like any other local kid who grew up in Hawaii. But from a purely technical and practical standpoint, I no see da point in using excessive pidgeon when writng for print. Da idea behind a creole language was to aid comunications between different races, right? Pidgeon was, and is, a shortcut alternative to learning da whole language of the people next door. Honestly, I have a hard time reading some of the words when they are spelled phonetically. It takes longer fo my brain to undastand'em. If it takes longer fo my brain to catch on, den das not a shortcut to communication and it defeats the purpose of pidgeon english. IMHO, I think pidgeon in writing has only 2 uses:
1- to eliminate typing out the entire word or phrase.
eg. Normal-"That is why the situation is difficult"
Pidgeon- "ass why hard"

2- to convey a casual mood or casual approach.
eg. Normal- "I am upset with you. Please stop doing that!"
Pidgeon- "wow laulau, no make li'dat"
In the former example, if you spoke those words to the bruddah down Waianae-side dat when fly open his car door in da parking lot and when ding yo fender, you guys gonna be throwing some blows in da parking lot.
But if you chose the phrase in the latter example, he would probly say "oh sorry brah" and hele on fo get his plate lunch and dig out.
So das my opinion on dis matter. But like Dirty Harry sez, "Opinions are like a--holes. Everybody has one."

Need lean protein like po'ke or egg whites or nomo taste kine meat. If u train 5 days a week fo 2 hrs a day den no get fat if dreenk 2-3 beeya per day an follow wot I jus said. Wen I say 2 hrs a day, it is a hard 2 hrs. Because my gym is empty wen I go, I move from one weight excersize to onaddah one pretty fass. An in between gotta do fass running, massho art forms or heavy bag work if get. I go moah fo maxing out on reps raddah den max weights so I no lose speed from getting too big. Bumby fall in da ocean wen I pick opihi. Also excess mussoh eat up da O2 too fass wen diving. Anden wen training, no stop fo notting, ..... except ... wen get wahine fo look at. Az y u go wen empty so nomo distractions.

Gotta get dicipline if u like dreenk beeya an be in shape.

A good diet is not tofu and beer. You ova deah Iowa, get corn and other farm fresh goodies.

I nevah like you end up like me, broken down junk. You do all the conditioning and stuff, think from the inside out instead. You know mobettah.
