Just saw this on Hal Kop's excellent SF Bay Area Events calendar:

April 26, 2003 (Saturday)
Kapalakiko Productions presents 'Ukulele Workshop
With Bryan Tolentino of the Side Order Band and Chris Kamaka of Kamaka 'Ukuleles
Aloha Pumehana ‘O Polynesia Cultural Center, 415 Grand Avenue - 3rd Floor, South San Francisco
9:00 am - 4:00 pm
Cost: $30.00 (includes coffee and pastry in the morning, lunch, and refreshments throughout the day)
Registration Deadline: April 19, 2003
Limited to 40 students
Information: Aouie Remigio (415) 422-2003 or Saichi Kawahara (415) 468-7125

Bryan and Chris have been "side men" to some of the islands' biggest and best musicians -- this is a tremendous opportunity!

A bit far for me to drive, but thanks so much for posting all the information you do. That's a lot of effort on your part, and I tend to take it for granted most of the time, tho' I shouldn't.

Mahalo,

Pauline
