I like to play uke backup for old time jams. Either a banjo uke or Lili`u; both sound great with fiddles, banjos and mandos.

Recently a fiddler asked me if I could play using a felt pick, since my nails set up quite a racket. What?? Me play too loud?? Well, I never....

Remember those huge felt picks we all used to play with when we were little kids? Anyone have a source for them? I've looked high and low (mostly low...)

Hey Trev: can you still get those big felt uke picks in England?

If so, can ya bring a couple to camp next month????

Thanks, Daryl. That's the ticket.I'll order a couple today.

So, web savvy guy that I am, why didn't I think to google the dang things?

Worse, I know the store's owner, for crying out loud. Guess my brain went on vacation---.

Good to have friends like the TP `ohana.
