Mark,
Thanks for you input. I am giving it much consideration, mahalo. I'll be seeing Keola and the gang Friday on Long Island, NY, it should be a balmy 11 degrees--can't wait for June!
Aloha kaua,
Tommy

Hey Tommy,

Too bad I won't see you at Keola's show. I opted for a slightly longer drive on Saturday believing that south Jersey should be less traffic.

Maybe will see you on Molokai though? I'm tempted by that February camp!

Aloha Mark-O!
Is there an update on camp personnel? Chris said last night that he'll be there - terrific!
Also, they generated a lot of enthusiasm for camp so hope you're not sold out.

Hi -

All of the '05 June camp staff is posted on the website. We are very close to a sell-out, but still have space available as of 2/1/05.

Details on the Feb '06 Camp won't be available until after March 10, when Keola & I have a meeting scheduled. Food will be involved.

cheers,

Mark

The solution to the problem is to make sure the dates of the two camps are back to back rather than in conflict. Then everybody wins 'cause we all go to both. WHY ON EARTH DID THE CONFLICT HAPPEN A SECOND TIME? I'd love to go to Aloha but I have a question - my wife Connie is (mostly) in a wheelchair, and I had worries about mobility. What do Beamer attendees say about that? Also, last year Connie and I spent the week following George's camp on Molokai. We had a great time and got to go to the (empty sigh!) beach to see where it all happened. The boat trip from lahaina was great, highly recommended. Texas Jim Garson

Hey! Aloha Jim. How nice to see you on this forum. Give my love to your wife. We are also in a quandary this year, as we have so many good friends who attend George's camp, and so many good friends who attend Keola's. So I think, with this chance of Keola's camp happening in February next year, that we will again go to George's in June. Last year we used to sit on the seawall at sunset there on Maui and look over to Molokai and toast our unseen buddies. See you there in June?
Me ke aloha, Julie

Hey, any of you AMC'ers coming over the channel to the Maui Slack Key Fest or extending your stay in Hawaii? Maybe we can meet somewhere for an ice-cold something and kanikapila and/or talk story. I'm still pushing for a TP gathering, sometime, somewhere.

Hi Maggie,
I will be in Kihei from the 27th to the 5th -
How long are sticking around Maui? I took the extended option at AMC so I could get in a couple dives, but have a very early flight over on Monday. During te week, we are diving in the AM, on the weekend I will hanging with ohana - Kula, Waihe'e, Wailuku, Kahului and Makawao. Have car, will dirve!
