Driving home through San Fernando Valley late Thursday night (actually Friday morning past midnight) I was scanning the radio dial and heard some Hawaiian music by accident on 88.5 FM. Turns out there is a weekly broadcast on KCSN Northridge called "Hawaiian Eye" that plays da kine music...Not ALL slack-key, but a mix, so if you are a night owl, then tune and and support it. Maybe if it grows it can get a decent time slot. Here's the radio station's link to their page. I think they also stream on the web so you can listen to it from anywhere...
