A rare appearance by Hawaiian virtuoso Keola Beamer.
Keola Beamer is a product of five generations of Hawaii’s most illustrious and beloved musical families, tracing back to the 15th century. His ancestors include Queen Ahiakumai Ki'eki'e and Ho'olulu, a son of Kamehameha I. Keola’s music is an expression of that history and it’s meaning in his life, his technique superb and his compositions sublime. He is an honor to his legacy. Keola’s live show includes story-telling, chanting and dancing by his graceful wife Moanalani. The Beamers cast a spell over the audience that leaves them in a luminous and beautiful dream state.

Sadly, this has been canceled because of the passing of Keola's Mother, Nona Beamer who passed away earlier this morning at the age of 84. A very sad day, indeed. |
